Welcome to NumScan / QuickListFilter ("the Service"), accessible at quicklistfilter.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our WhatsApp number validation services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickListFilter, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. if you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using QuickListFilter, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

4. Wallet and Payments

QuickListFilter operates on a prepaid wallet-based system.

  • Pricing: The baseline service rate is $0.50 per 10,000 numbers scanned.
  • Funding: Wallets are funded via cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20).
  • Deposit Plans: Credits are purchased through specific plans ranging from Starter ($10) to Custom ($425), which may include bonus credits as advertised on the platform.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All cryptocurrency deposits are final. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (on-chain), it is non-refundable.
  • Credit Refunds: Individual scan credits are non-refundable once a scan is completed. However, if a scan is cancelled mid-run by the user or the system, the remaining unproccessed credits for that specific run will be automatically refunded to the user's wallet.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

  • Compliance: You must comply with all local and international anti-spam laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA.
  • Third-Party Terms: You agree to respect the Terms of Service of WhatsApp and Meta.
  • User Responsibility: The Service provides data validation only. You are solely responsible for how you utilize the validated numbers. QuickListFilter does not provide messaging services and is not responsible for any messages sent by the user following validation.
  • Anti-Abuse: You shall not use the Service for harassment, stalking, or any form of unauthorized mass communication (spam).

6. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer or breach the security of the Service.
  • Using automated scripts to scrape data from the platform.
  • Using the Service to facilitate illegal activities or fraudulent schemes.
  • Reselling the Service without express written permission.

7. Service Availability

QuickListFilter is provided on a "best-effort" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and trademarks present on quicklistfilter.com are the exclusive property of NumScan / QuickListFilter. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimers

  • "As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available."
  • Accuracy: While we strive for high precision, we provide no warranty regarding the absolute accuracy of the number validation results. WhatsApp account statuses can change instantly, and validation data reflects the status only at the moment of the scan.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickListFilter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any event, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service shall be capped at the current balance remaining in your account wallet at the time of the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickListFilter and its operators from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of anti-spam laws, or your misuse of the data provided by the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities that harm the platform's reputation or technical integrity.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law. Any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration or in a jurisdiction selected by the Service operators.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
